The organizer collects only those personal data that are necessary for registration at exhibitions and other events as a visitor or participant, and which you indicate in the application for:

• Full name
• Company name
• EDRPOU
• Contact number
• E-mail

Processing actions of personal data may include the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storaging, clarification (updating, changing), extracting, using, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data by the organizer in case that such actions do not contradict legislation and moral ethical standarts. If you are a representative of the company you also confirm your consent to the inclusion of your personal data in the register of entities by entering your personal data in the application, under that means that entities have expressed a desire to receive information about the organization and conduct of advertising, marketing and exhibition events by the organizer, including advertising.

3.Comments

If a visitor leaves a comment on the site, we collect the data which specified in the comment form, as well as visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent data with a view to determine spam.

4.Embeddable content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embeddable content (for example, videos, images, articles etc.), such content behaves itself as if a visitor has visited another site. This sites may collect data about you, use cookies, implement third-party tracking and your interactions with embeddable content including interaction tracking.

The organizer does not disclose personal user data to anyone. The organizer has the right to transfer personal data about the user to third parties only if you:

• You have agreed to disclose this information (including to exhibitors participating in the exhibition events of the organizer)
• If required by applicable local or international laws and / or authorities in compliance with legal procedures
• You violate our User Agreement or the User Agreement of the project partners of the organizer

If you have registered for an exhibition or other event as a visitor, the organizer has the right to transfer the information specified by you on the site to exhibitors who take part in exhibitions and events for which you have registered or who have visited before. You should bear in mind that all exhibitors participating in the exhibition events of the organizer act independently of the organizer and do not speak on behalf or on behalf of the organizer. The organizer is not responsible for the disclosure of your personal data by exhibitors or for other illegal actions of exhibitors with them. The organizer will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your personal data when it will processed by exhibitors, as well as to suppress any illegal actions with your data.
